Mathew Crawford Architects were commissioned to complete the full renovation of this family home in Guildford, Surrey.
The renovation included 2 new extensions split into 2 separate phases. The first was a new side return extension, creating a fantastic new kitchen/diner space for the family. The design featured roof glazing which extending the length of the space, drenching the middle of the house in natural light. Bifold doors connected the kitchen / diner to the garden, providing a fantastic space for the family to enjoy.
The 2nd phase, a new rear dormer, will be completed in the near future as the children grow and require more space .
