Aspire Point is located on Stratford High Street in the London Borough of Newham. Our founder was part of team at MJP Architects who helped to design and deliver this substantial project.

The project provides 250 private student bedrooms across 28 storeys. On the lower floors it incorporates a reception and spaces for students to socialise. On the first and second floor there are artists studios for use by the local artist community.

The building is designed as a triangular form. The result is a tower which appears slim and elegant in form. It also allows views across the Olympic Park to the North of the site.
